Our warranty is valid for two years from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects regarding the case of the watch (defective part or incorrect assembly). Wristbands are not supported. Any repair work must be done by a Millow authorized repairer or we will release all responsibility from ourselves and cancel the free scheduled service. Our warranty does not cover any misuse or usury that may cause malfunction of the watch such as, battery, case or glass, and theft or loss.
